Australia Post – Express and Standard Service
All shipments require a signature on delivery.


Australia Post – International

A cost effective air mail service if you live outside Australia. This service uses the local Mail network within your particular country.  (Please note if you live in the US in a more regional location that USPS does not service, contact us before placing an order and we can find an alternative).

Delivery time is approximately 10-14 Business Days.


The estimator calculator at the checkout covers the transportation charges only. Customs delays, Import Duty and Taxes may apply in different countries, for which Alkali cannot take responsibility.

We are unable to advise on nor do we have any control over these charges. It is up to the Customer to be aware of any potential charges for Import Tax and Duty.

Please get in touch at within 7 days of purchase if you have a problem with your order. Fins need to be returned to us before the exchange/refund process can begin.



If your product is faulty or damaged we can offer a full refund, exchange, or credit. We don’t normally offer refunds if you change your mind.
Please return the item(s) to us safe and sound in their original packaging, unused, with tags. We encourage you to use a traceable service when returning items as we are not liable for packages lost during transit.
Items returned that are damaged or worn will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
We need to receive the items before the exchange/refund process can begin.
