RETURNS POLICY

Please get in touch at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase if you have a problem with your order.

EXHANGES AND REFUNDS

If your product is faulty or damaged we can offer a full refund, exchange, or credit.

Please return the fins to us safe and sound in their original packaging, unused, with tags.  Fins received that are damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

There are  a few different ways to get your fins to you –

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post – Parcel Post

All shipments require a signature on delivery.  If you aren’t at home to receive delivery, a card will be left with pickup instructions.

INTERNATIONAL
DHL E Commerce Mail

A cost effective way to get your order if you live outside of Australia.  This services uses the local Mail network within that particular country, using DHL tracking.  Delivery time 10-14 Business Days.

DHL Express

A premium, fast delivery service for customers outside of Australia.
