WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post – Express and Standard Service
All shipments require a signature on delivery. If you aren’t home to receive delivery, a card will be left with pickup instructions.
INTERNATIONAL
Australia Post – International
A cost effective air mail service if you live outside Australia. This service uses the local Mail network within your particular country. Delivery time is approximately 10-14 Business Days. This flat rate is generally for 1 fin/set only, the calculators at the checkout will display if your order is too heavy for the flat rate option.
DHL Express
A premium, fast delivery service for customers outside of Australia. If you want your order delivered as quickly as possible, this option is for you.
PLEASE NOTE: The estimator calculator at the checkout covers the transportation charges only. Customs delays, Import Duty and Taxes may apply in different countries, for which Alkali cannot take responsibility. We are unable to advise on nor do we have any control over these charges. RETURNS POLICY
Please get in touch at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase if you have a problem with your order. Fins need to be returned to us before the exchange/refund process can begin.
EXHANGES AND REFUNDS
If your product is faulty or damaged we can offer a full refund, exchange, or credit. We don’t normally offer refunds if you change your mind.
Please return the fins to us safe and sound in their original packaging, unused, with tags. Fins received that are damaged will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Fins need to be returned to us before the exchange/refund process can begin.
