Please get in touch at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase if you have a problem with your order.


If your product is faulty or damaged we can offer a full refund, exchange, or credit.  We don’t normally offer refunds if you change your mind.

Please return the fins to us safe and sound in their original packaging, unused, with tags.  Fins received that are damaged will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

There are  a few different ways to get your fins to you –

Australia Post – Parcel Post

All shipments require a signature on delivery.  If you aren’t at home to receive delivery, a card will be left with pickup instructions.


DHL E Commerce Mail

A cost effective way to get your order if you live outside of Australia.  This services uses the local Mail network within that particular country, using DHL tracking.  Delivery time approximate is 14-21 Business Days.

DHL Express

A premium, fast delivery service for customers outside of Australia.  If you want your order delivered as quickly as possible, this option is for you.

PLEASE NOTE:  The estimator calculator at the checkout covers the transportation charges only.  Customs delays, Import Duty and Taxes may apply in different countries, for which Alkali cannot take responsibility.   We are unable to advise on nor do we have any control over these charges.     It is up to the Customer to be aware of any potential charges for Import Tax and Duty.
